Lanell made me feel very comfortable. We exchanged several messages to initiate my needs through the website and then we texted each other to firm up times and dates. I had to have a medical procedure that she was familiar with and she was able to answer my questions which helped to relieve some of my anxiety I was facing. Lanell followed up with a text message the day after the procedure for a wellness check. I really appreciated that act of kindness.
