Lana started nannying for us during a very difficult time in our family- my husband had just started a new job with long hours, I had just gone back to work after maternity leave and struggling with the transition, and we had a 4 yr old, 1.5 yr old, and 4 month old that didn't sleep well. It was a challenging role to say the least, but Lana stepped into it without complaint and was a huge support to our family. She was great with the kids, always willing to pick up extra hours so I could go to dentist/dr appts, and a few times was willing to come very last minute when I was sick. She is a wonderful and dependable person, and nannied our kids for 1.5 years. The only reason it ended was because she moved out of state, and we were sad to lose her. Your family would be lucky to have her as a nanny and I would 100% recommend!
