About Lanae

Hi, I'm Lanae! I'm the oldest of 13 siblings, so caring for others has been a meaningful part of my life from an early age. I have experience caring for children, from infants to preteens, including up to three children at a time. I'm naturally calm, gentle, and thoughtful. I value patience, kindness, and making people feel heard and comfortable. My approach to caregiving is to build trust, learn each child's personality, and offer encouragement while respecting the routines and boundaries their family has established. A little about me: I live in Sarasota and am studying massage therapy, pursuing my interest in helping others feel safe & cared for. I love nature, reading, horses, yoga, and creative activities like coloring. I understand how much trust it takes to welcome someone into your home. I want families to feel comfortable communicating with me and children to feel safe being themselves.
