My name is Lamara, I'm 40 years old, and I live in Hayward; but originally I'm from the country of Georgia. I have my own two kids, a 19-year-old daughter and a 9-year-old son. I have a lot of experience with kids; my first nanny job, I took care of a 9 and 14-year-old, I would pick them up from school, bring them home make sure they had snacks then take them to their after school activities. Then 6 years I've worked with a family, the first time I worked for them the first born was 6 months old, and I took care of him until he went to preschool. Their second born I started caring for when she was 3 months. Last 5 months I've been working with a family who had 5 months old daughter, it was temporary and now she's going to daycare. I have have great references from my families. I'm looking for a new full time job. I have a clean and comfortable SUV, a clean driving record, I feel very comfortable driving with kids, even in long distances. I communicate well with and understand kids.

Lamara is incredibly hands-on and comfortable with all aspects of infant care, including feeding, preparing baby food, and maintaining strict nap routines. She helped establish a consistent daily schedule that supported our daughter’s development of healthy sleep and feeding habits. Lamara was great about keeping our daughter engaged and socialized. She regularly took the initiative to take her to library storytime and events. At home, she continued this by engaging our baby in thoughtful, age-appropriate play in a very calm and attentive manner. She is a reliable and clear communicator who always prioritizes safety. We also appreciated her help with light baby-related household tasks, such as cleaning bottles and keeping the nursery tidy. We wish her the best in her next role!
