About Lais

If you're lucky enough to hire Lais part time or full time, I genuinely feel SO happy for you. Because you've made the best choice. She is a godsend. Patient, kind, funny, silly, consistent, hard working, smart, healthy. She's everything you'd want in a nanny, however she's come to mean so much more to us. Lais has been with our family full time for over a year now, since February 2025. She started with us when our son was 4 months old (he's 1.5 year old now) and has played in a pivotal role in helping to raise him. I've never once seen her on her phone, she's so focused on our son and engaging - singing, dancing, reading, playing, teaching. Her experience as a teacher and passion for Montessori means your child too will be ahead of the curve like ours (and they'll learn Portuguese!). She's never been late a single day, in fact she's 5 minutes early every day. I've also never for a second worried about my child's safety with her in or outside of the house. We are moving to Michigan, and against my best efforts, I can't get her to come with us and give up the LA sunshine (fair!!). But because she is who she is, she's agreed to come for a few weeks to help with the transition. That's the type of person she is, dedicated to our child and easing his transition. Our move is the ONLY reason she's available, because if we weren't moving I'd want her with us for years to come. Genuinely - hire her & treat her well. You'd be lucky to have her watch your kids. I know we sure were.
