About Lainey

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, outgoing, and energetic I like working with kids because it allows me to make a positive impact on their lives. It's rewarding to witness their growth, development, and learning progress. I enjoy creating a safe/nurturing environment where children can express themselves freely. Working with kids also keeps me continuously engaged. Overall, it brings me joy to be able to contribute to their overall well-being and development. I started working with kids when I was in my senior year of high school early childhood education and working with kids sounded like something I could do to make a difference. I went to school at Charlotte technical College for one year, working hands on with children ages 0 to 5. I even got to experience working with special-needs children.
