About Laila

I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. With three years of experience as a caregiver, I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for each child in my care. I have some college education and am CPR-trained. I enjoy engaging in outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I communicate with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise, following their preferred communication method. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and can cook, meal prep, carpool, do light housekeeping, travel, and supervise swimming. Whether it's teaching a child to tie their shoes or helping them overcome a fear, I find immense joy in seeing them grow and learn.
