About Laila

Hello! I'm Laila, I'm a patient, nurturing, and upbeat future teacher who loves creating safe, fun spaces where kids can learn and explore! I have my Associate's in Early Childhood Education and Development and am currently working toward my bachelor's at OSU. I'm also CPR & First Aid certified and have my pre-service teaching permit. I currently work at a childcare center caring for the children of OSU professors and doctors, where I supervise up to 10 kids and manage routines, meals, activities, and transitions. My experience has helped me become organized, flexible, and confident with kids of all ages. I truly love joining in on whatever kids enjoy and making sure they're having fun while feeling safe and supported. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping, simple meals, and daily routines to make your days a little easier! I'd love to chat more and see if I'd be a good fit for your family this summer!
