About Laila

I've worked with children for the past four years through daycare, nannying, and behavioral therapy. I previously worked as a daycare teacher and currently work as a Behavioral Technician, supporting children with autism and behavioral challenges. I have experience with children ages 2-12, from preschool through 6th grade. I'm patient, dependable, and passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment. I enjoy outdoor play, crafts, games, and educational activities while encouraging respect, kindness, responsibility, and independence. I value open communication with parents and always respect each family's routines and parenting style. I also have reliable transportation and am comfortable with pets.
