About Laika

Hi! I'm Laika, a compassionate, dependable, and patient CNA with several years of hands-on caregiving experience. Before becoming a CNA, I worked as a DSP, RA, and provided both home care and private caregiving. Through these roles, I've gained experience with personal care, ADLs, companionship, mobility support, meal preparation, medication reminders, and creating a safe, comfortable environment. I believe in treating every person with kindness, dignity, and respect while building meaningful relationships based on trust. I value open communication with families so they always feel informed and confident their loved one is receiving quality care. Caring for others is more than just my job , it's my passion. As I continue working toward becoming an RN and eventually a midwife, I'm committed to providing dependable, compassionate care that helps every person feel safe, respected, and valued.
