Hi perspective family, My name is LaFleur and I am a nanny with 25 years experience , fully vaccinated, I have excellent verifiable references from families I've worked with who would testify about me as a person and my work ethics as well. Some of my qualities include being honest, kind, patient, loving , trustworthy and I thrive on open communication. I have cared for lots of children including newborns, toddlers, school aged, twins and multiples in the same home . My childcare duties are always age appropriate to suit an individual child's needs and I attend to all the child's needs unless the parent chooses otherwise.
