About Laelah

Hello, my name is Laelah. My profile may say Hanover, MD because I recently relocated from Maryland to Dallas, TX. I have 3 years of experience working in an early childhood childcare center, primarily with children ages 3-5 years old as an assistant teacher in a Pre-K classroom. I have also been promoted and given opportunities to step into a lead teacher role. In addition to my professional experience, I also have personal experience as a mother to my 4-year-old son, which has given me hands-on experience caring for infants and toddlers as well. I have completed Early Childhood Development courses and hold certifications related to childcare and child development. I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where children can learn, grow, and feel supported. I enjoy engaging children through learning activities, creativity, and play while maintaining strong communication with families.
