With nearly a decade dedicated to enriching the lives of adults and seniors, I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. My passion stems from a deep-seated desire to support well-being and independence, fueled by positive experiences in previous care roles. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly, always prioritizing respect for individual independence. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations, especially when handling confusion or behavioral changes. I provide respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I communicate with families through verbal updates and regular calls, always following their preferred method. I have CPR and First Aid Training.
