Lacey is wonderful! She came to us when our little one was 4 months old while I was transitioning back to work and I can't say enough good things about how Lacey made the big transition that much easier for me! Right from day one, Lacey showed such compassion, patience and love towards our little one. She's responsible, trustworthy and reliable. She has a ton of experience with little ones so that was also extremely comforting. Very personable too so the conversations with her flowed easily (which was important as she cared for our little one in our home). Just all around a great person! Don't hesitate to hire Lacey to care for your children! She'll treat them like her own.
