About Lacey

Hi, I'm Lacey! I'm looking to provide part time or full time childcare for one local family, ideally in my home with parent drop off and pickup. Since moving to Alexandria, I've embraced our walkable community and public transit, so I've held off on purchasing another car. I'm also open to opportunities within a short walk or bus ride! I'm 34, a former corporate leader, and a creative person! I believe childhood should be filled with imagination, laughter, curiosity, and little adventures! Growing up, I had a wonderful nanny who made even the simplest moments magical, and I've always wanted to create those same memories for another child. From reading and imaginative play to baking, crafts, and outdoor adventures, I love turning everyday moments into opportunities to learn and explore. I'm warm, playful, a bit of a goofball, and love celebrating those little lightbulb moments! I have two dogs, and I'd love to become a trusted part of your family's village!
