About Lacey

H! I'm Ms Lacey! I offer a School/Daycare Readiness program, to help children strengthen key skills necessary for entering structured group or social settings. Focus is on building patience and tolerance, understanding and accepting limits and boundaries, and improving interaction skills. For over 20 years I have worked with children aged 3 to 18, but mainly focusing on Preschool. A licensed Child Development Specialist (and mother, myself), my strengths include personal patience, structure, dependability, creativity, gentle discipline, communication, and a splash of whimsy! With a college degree in Child Development, ACDS certification, WV STARS Level 6, First Aid and CPR training, I'm well-equipped to care for up to three children using materials I bring from home. I have my own car, am excellent with pets, and I don't smoke. I also have experience and training in supporting children with various "flavors" of neurodivergence.
