I am thrilled to share my experience with Lacey, who was my nanny from the time my son was 6 weeks old until Pre-K at age 4. From day one, she brought warmth, laughter and professionalism into our home. Lacey was always incredibly reliable, always arriving on time and maintaining open communication about my sons activities and needs. I never had to worry about her punctuality or responsibilities. As a single mom and owner of multiple businesses, there were many occasions over the years, when I needed her on an unscheduled day or after she’d already gone home for the day I needed her to come back for an unforeseen life event. She never hesitated and was nearly always able to accommodate any extra help that I requested. She kept my son engaged with a variety of fun and educational activities, from arts and crafts, “helping” her in the kitchen to outdoor play, including swimming. When he was an infant, Lacey was very mindful about his developmental milestones and always did a great job keeping him on track and making sure that he was achieving his milestones within the normal range. Her creative approach to learning made a significant difference in his development. Safety was always her top priority. I felt completely at ease knowing my son was in her capable hands. She was attentive and proactive, ensuring a safe environment at all times. The bond she formed with my son is heartwarming. She bonded with him right away as a baby, and they continue to share precious relationship to this day, (despite moving to LA) when he has something exciting happening in life-an award at school, his achievements competing in karate, even a visit from the tooth fairy -he always wants to call Lacey on FaceTime and tell her about it! During the time she was his nanny, he looked forward to her arrival each day and frequently talked about their adventures together. Her kindness and patience made her more than just a caregiver; she became a trusted friend, to both of us. She was far more than just a nanny to us, she is family. I highly recommend Lacey to any family in need of a dedicated, loving nanny. She has been a wonderful addition to our family, and I am grateful for the positive impact she has on my son. And I am so thankful to have her continued friendship.
