About Lacey

Hi! I'm Lacey, a nurturing, energetic, and hands-on caregiver. I have three years of experience working with children of all ages in both daycare and nanny settings. I've spent one year as a daycare floater, working with every age group and learning how to confidently step in, adapt quickly, and take charge. I also worked for a year as a lead teacher, where I led a 2s and kinder-prep class, focusing on structure, social-emotional growth, and age-appropriate learning through play. As well, I have nanny experience with children of all ages. As a caregiver, I love planning weekly themed activities, getting out of the house for trips to libraries and parks, and creating an environment where children feel safe, supported, and free to explore. I'm very hands-on and patient. I'm currently in college and am CPR and First Aid certified. I'm passionate about building genuine connections with children and families and would love to be a supportive, positive part of your child's life.
