About Lacey

A childcare professional with a master's degree in youth development, I bring experience both as a summer camp director and the director of a licensed childcare facility across the last 6 years. Through my previous roles, I have worked closely with families and caregivers to provide high-quality care for children. My approach to childcare is heavily influenced by Montessori principles. I believe children learn and develop best when they are given opportunities to explore, make choices, build independence, and engage with their environment. When caring for your child(ren), I'll create activities and experiences specifically suited to their age, interests, personality, and development stage rather than simply relying on screen time or keeping them entertained. I love crearing opportunities for children to learn and explore through art, literacy, and play!
