About Lacey

I am located in Yucca Valley, CA. I have been caring for kids since I was 7 years old, taking care of my two younger brothers before we went into foster care, one of them had Cerebral palsy. Sadly, my disable brother passed away when he was 8. After my other brother and I were adopted, I inherited two younger sisters. I have babysat them quite often over the years. They are now 13-, 12-, and 9-years young. I have also babysat for family and friends off and on as well. The most kids I have watched at once was five, and the age range has been from newborn to 15 years young. I have also been trained as a Direct Support Professional in the past. I have a very outgoing personality and love fun adventures. I am a pretty decent cook, and I like my surroundings to be clean. Every child is different, and part of what I love about babysitting is that I get to help each one discover his/ her own strengths and talents and nurture those traits. I also LOVE animals!!
