I utilize a respectful yet firm approach, maintaining clear boundaries & prioritizing emotional regulation, independence, & mutual respect. I also have hands-on experience managing homeschooling routines. I place a large emphasis on outdoor play, nature, and hands-on exploration. I advocate for a limited screen time environment, keeping days rich with open-ended play, activities, reading, & structured routines. Beyond direct childcare, I am well-versed in managing daily household rhythms, child-related meal prep, & maintaining organized play spaces.
