Growing up, I was surrounded by puppies. Our own family dog was a beautiful salt and pepper Akita named Showgun. My late Grandfather used to take me to local dog shows and try to thoroughly educate me on the proper care of dogs. Needless to say , animals were his passion and his love for animals passed on to me. I love being around animals.
