I approach each resident with empathy and a genuine desire to help improve their quality of life, making sure they feel respected and cared for. In a caregiving role, patience is essential. As a CNA, I am passionate about providing personalized care that allows residents to remain comfortable and independent in the familiar surroundings of their own home. I thrive in a home care setting because it allows me to focus on one-on-one care I'm seeking a role where I can make a real difference, ensuring my clients feel safe, respected, and well. I began my journey in senior care two years ago at Stratford Court. During that time, I developed a deep love and respect for the residents-each of them means so much to me. The more I experienced, the more I knew that becoming a CNA was my calling.
