About Kylie

Hello, my name is Ky, and I would like to take a moment to tell you a little bit about myself. As of this year, I will have 13 years of professional childcare experience and attended the University of Illinois to study human development with a concentration in child and adolescent development. The primary age group I work with are typically from infancy to toddlerhood, although I have experience throughout the entire span of childhood throughout adolescence, and have worked with a diverse population of children over the years. Most of my experience comes from a combination of time spent as a daycare aid, teaching, nannying, behavioral health, and currently my position is as a lead caregiver in an all ages daycare ages ranging for infancy to 4 years old. A focus of mine, especially coming from my educational background is family wellness because for best outcomes all caregivers, parents, and those within their support system is also making sure the family has a whole is supported.
