Kylie is a very poor communicator.  We hired her and she worked three weeks, and then gave a story why she wouldn't come on a Monday morning.  I asked about status for Tuesday and she didn't reply until Tuesday evening saying she's had a couple rough days and would be there Wednesday.  We had other arrangements because of no communication and no show two days in a row.  She asked about coming back to work after all of this and then stopped responding.  Very unprofessional.  She started off well but she started coming late.  She started spending time on her phone a lot.  She didn't do a good job changing diapers and left our daughter dirty with rashes on a few occasions.  Her cleaning skills are not good.  She doesn't offer anything engaging nor intellectual with our child.  She's basically a bad babysitter.  She is unreliable and will leave you in a bind.  I should have listened to the other reviews.

I hired Kylie and she came for two days in the first week.She then called off the first two days of the next week. She didn't call at all and didn't come on the third day.I have not heard back from her and I have repeatedly texted her and found her. I found her behavior to be unprofessional even though she was good with my kids. She was unreliable. This is left me in a bad position. My youngest daughter is upset that Kylie isn't coming back. My oldest is now upset that we have to start over. I would not recommend her.

Kylie has been very reliable for myself and my children. She also helped keep everything clean and always sent pictures throughout the day. My kiddos loved her and still do!

Kylie is great with kids and is a dependable sitter.

We interviewed Kylie for a part time position for my three small children and hired her. I gave her a list of dates and times that we needed a caregiver during overlap between my and my husband's work commitments. She confirmed that these dates, which were over the course of several weeks, worked for her and that she could babysit for all of them. The first day that she watched them it was for a few hours and we had no problems. The following week I had messaged her to confirm that the time for that day had not changed. I received a response that she had accepted a full time position and forgot and could not watch my children. This put us in a horrible position as I was already on my way and my husband would be leaving once she arrived. I did not have time to find and interview a replacement. Had I not messaged her then we would have had no warning and would have waited for her to arrive only for her not to show. Especially since I had confirmed all of the specific dates and times, I had expected that I was hiring a reliable caregiver for my three small children and this put us in a horrible situation.

Kylie was very attentive, sweet and warm. She made me feel reassured that my daughter was In good hands. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a nanny/sitter
