About Kyle

While working I have had the opportunity to supervise pre-adjudicated and committed youth in a secure setting. assisted the youth I work with in setting personal goals for transitioning back out into their communities through RCJ (Restorative Community Justice) principals. I also facilitate ART (Anger Replacement Therapy) groups and consistently role model the skills and skill streaming techniques through my coaching experiences. I participate and facilitate CRT and SMP meetings for youth on the Detention and committed units and collaborate with my team, teachers, mental health, other unit supervisors, etc.
