I excels in cooking, dementia care, while also providing transportation to those no longer able to drive. I enjoy helping veterans as well. I have a long professional background in caregiving with my personal family and having worked with centers specializing in elderly care and people with disabilities of all ages. I became adept at exercise routines for the paralyzed along with elderly companionship when my father who retired from the Armed Forces became unable to do daily routines himself and working at local centers for over a decade.
