Kyla was absolutely wonderful with my boys, and I would hire her again in a heartbeat! She was consistently punctual (never late once!), dependable, and incredibly hardworking. We try to keep our household more nature-focused and low-tech, and she fully embraced that, happily spending lots of time outdoors with the kids instead of defaulting to screens. My boys absolutely adored her, and it was clear she genuinely cared about building a relationship with them. She was thoughtful, intentional, and always engaged with whatever they were interested in. Beyond childcare, she was also incredibly helpful around the house. Whether it was running a quick errand, tidying up, or helping with small household tasks, she was always willing to jump in without hesitation. Kyla is kind, responsible, proactive, and someone I trusted completely with my children. I can't recommend her highly enough!
