Greetings, I am a parent to a son and a daughter. I have been a caregiver to a special needs child for more than a decade, and have worked in Duval County classrooms as a part-time educator; serving classrooms from pre-K to middle school. In addition, a licensed fitness & wellness professional with various certifications such as Pilates. Including Child/Adult First Aid, CPR, and AED training. Currently, I continue to serve the Jacksonville community, encouraging others to practice a lifestyle of wellness. On the weekends I am available to assist families and seniors with care, companionship, and exercise. Your loved ones are guaranteed the best quality care. I will provide the equipment for those interested in exercise. Please make sure to provide a personal exercise mat and a hydrating beverage. I look forward to meeting and hearing from you.
