She is always on time, communicates well, and most importantly, our kids absolutely adore her. They are always so excited when they know Krystal is coming! Krystal is extremely qualified and has such a natural way with children. We feel completely comfortable leaving our kids in her care and never have to worry when they are with her, which as parents means so much to us.
