Loved her! Not only was Krystal reliable, friendly and professional; she sent us pictures and text updates of our cats throughout our trip. She is communicative and immediately gave us relief our kitty babies were being well cared for. I will DEFINITELY hire Krystal again, and am so happy my husband and I can actually travel without having to worry about our cat babies left at home!
