My main goal while working with families is to always build a strong relationship with the children/individual in need of care. I strive to provide a trusting and comfortable environment as well as having an enjoyable, open bond that allows for the best care. I pride myself on the strong relationships and feedback I have received from all of my employers. I believe in providing a fun, creative, active structure of care. I love to constantly be moving and engaging in some sort of activity. I believe in making each day a day to remember. For over 13 years I have served as a nanny, both live-in and on a per need basis. I recently chose to return back to school to finish my degree in Psychology/Child Development. Being able to provide care, support and be apart of growth and accomplishments is why I love and enjoy doing what I do.

Krystal has been such an amazing friend to my son. She continues to be tremendous asset to our family, helped me rearrange my son's schedule to provide more structural outline to meet his needs. She strives to take initiative, friendly, professional appearance, honest, respectful, punctual, and genuinely has an amazing heart. My son is like any other high energy child, just needs a bit more attention and patience. She was so helpful in introducing a variety of food to him, which we all know children are so picky. She was very welcoming and balanced in discipline. Manners were always a must and she strives on working with your child on a personal level that is so appreciated.
