About Krystal

Hi! I'm a patient, calm, and nurturing caregiver with 2 years of experience as an assistant teacher in Montessori preschools, primarily working with infants and toddlers, as well as children ages 3-6. I'm passionate about child development, psychology, nervous system regulation, and respectful parenting, and I love supporting children as they grow in confidence, independence, and emotional awareness. My caregiving style is kind, validating, playful, and creative, while also being calm, clear, and consistent to create a strong sense of safety and stability. I enjoy spending time with children through singing, dancing, music, books, yoga/stretching, arts and crafts, and sensory play, using Montessori-inspired activities. I'm most comfortable working with parents whose values align with the Montessori philosophy. I'm CPR certified, have a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, and am happy to help with light cooking, cleaning, and transportation. I can't wait to meet you and your family!
