Hello! I am an SLP and mom. With my love of helping kids, a desire to always learn, and a desperation to find balance in parenthood, I learned how to balance life in a way that supports my daughter's development while allowing me to find peace. I can help our children gain independence with unstructured play in order to create more time for tasks, create mutually enjoyable moments of connection, and engage in self care activities guilt free.
