Kristy V. was the primary caregiver for my 89 year old mother from February to September 2019. She was with my mother, who has Alzheimer's, almost daily. Kristy quickly proved herself to be indispensable to both me and my mother. Kristy had had extensive experience with dementia patients, and was able to bring this experience to bear in caring for my mother. This means not only did Kristy have the knowledge base (which I lack) to care for my mother, but she also knew how to be patient and patiently encourage my mother into worthwhile activities that my mother initially resisted. Kristy could "read" my mother for her good days and bad days, and adjusted her care accordingly. It is difficult for me to contain my enthusiasm for Kristy's ability as a caregiver. I would be willing to speak with any prospective employer about her. Fred M.
