We interviewed Kristi for a full time nanny position and ultimately decided to offer to another candidate. Kristi was a very strong second choice, and she would have also been an excellent nanny for our family - the decision was very difficult. Based on the interview and references we had, we feel she would be a great asset to another family, and we wish her and her family the best!
