About Kristina

I spent over a year working in Memory Care at a Senior Living facility in order to prepare myself for my own personal journey caring for my mother who had Alzheimer's. I have also provided companion care and in-home support care to families whose loved ones wanted to remain living independently, but still needed a bit of help in order to do so. I also have a background in Medical Assisting and medication management, and have been involved in providing end of life care to loved ones.
