I am a recent graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio. I have a teaching certification in reading, language arts and social studies for grade levels 4-8. I have experience working mostly with 6th - 8th grade students. I worked as a student teacher last semester and I held after school tutoring sessions for students who needed to improve their reading benchmark scores. Before I work in my own classroom, I want to tutor students one on one, or in small groups. I am able to help with other subjects besides those that I am certified in such as math and science.
