To Whom It May Concern, I am pleased to recommend Kristin R. , who worked with our family as a nanny and household manager in 2025-26. During her time with us, Kristin became a trusted and valued part of our household, helping not only with childcare but with the many day-to-day responsibilities that keep a busy family organized and running smoothly. Kristin was dependable, flexible, and willing to step in wherever she needed. She helped get my daughter, 10, ready for and to school, transported her to lessons and other activities, assisted with meals, helped care for our dog, tidied and organized the house, and helped manage household appointments and errands. She was able to see what needed to be done and take initiative, which was enormously helpful in a home where schedules and needs could change quickly. One of Kristin’s greatest strengths was the calm and thoughtful presence she brought to our home. She modeled emotional regulation, patience, and appropriate communication with my daughter and me. Rather than simply supervising a child or completing a checklist of tasks, Kristin understood that caring for a child also means helping create a safe, steady environment in which that child can learn how to manage emotions, responsibilities, and everyday challenges. I also appreciated Kristin’s ability to balance childcare with household management. She understood that the two are often connected—the morning routine, transportation, meals, appointments, pets, household organization, and the dozens of smaller things that make family life work. Having someone who could move comfortably between those responsibilities made a meaningful difference for our family. I am grateful for the care and support Kristin provided for our family.
