Provided a verbal offer after person came to my home for in person interview, accepted verbally and made plans to come Monday, then asked day prior to come later in week to get things sorted with her undisclosed prior job and schooling, then declined coming all together and made request I pay her more than another job offer she received though I had asked prior where she was at with her job search and if she wanted my job offer, I got the offer letter ready for no reason and stopped searching for nanny under her false impression she gave. Poor communication and trust worthy
