About Kristina

I'm Kristina - a Russian Language Immersion Nanny for children ages 1-5. I help little ones learn Russian naturally through play and everyday routines like meals, outdoor time, books, songs, drawing, etc- all in Russian. I'm a certified Russian interpreter with 4 years of experience in medical, legal, and educational settings. I moved from Russia in 2020 at 16 and learned English through full immersion, which is why I believe so strongly in this approach for young children. I've been babysitting since I was 11, and caring for children is truly my passion!! In a group of adults and toddlers - I'll pick toddlers because their minds are so fascinating! (I like digging into the psychology of a human brain in my free time) Research shows that even 6 hours a week of exposure helps toddlers start using a second language like their own! So I suggest one 6 hour day or two 4 hour days with your child! But let me know what you have in mind and we will come up with a plan together!
