I have always loved children. I started babysitting before I got my license, and began lifeguarding that same summer. I have maintained my CPR Certification since then. I worked as a nanny and swim coach throughout college. I graduated in 2008 with my Bachelor of Science degree in Recreational Therapy. I moved back to Wilmington and worked as a QP for a Day Program that supports adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Since then I have continued to work in the adult IDD field. I am also the mother to an amazing 7-year-old. I would love to use my behavioral health experience, knowledge of human services and love for helping people, big and small, to support them to live happy and meaningful lives.
