Hello My name is Krissy. I have been in the healthcare field For 22 years . The last 10 years has been with the same family. I especially in alzheimer's, dementia and end of life care. I managed the health care for 3 of the family members. This included health care appointment, medication management, arranging all physical therapy, Doctor appointments. I also did hiring and training for 24 hour care for all three family members, along with scheduling filling in for Call in along with deciding when it was time to let go That care giver. All while being there 5 days a week, 8 Hours at a time with the client. I was the middle man for the clients family and M. D and made sure what the client wanted was achieved with the doctors. I believe in being the advocate for elderly. I'd describe my personality as caring, trustworthy and leadership. my spare time, I am a very craft person and love to include this with elderly.
