For families who carry the quiet worry of being far from someone they love, I offer weekly or bi-weekly companion visits for aging adults living independently. I was fortunate to have my elderly parents move across country to be close to me where I could provide this loving care for them: visiting regularly, ensuring they were eating healthy food, keeping a pulse on their well-being, and making sure they enjoyed social interaction. But I have also been heartbroken to see how the well-being of loved ones can rapidly decline when they slip into a life of isolation. After a career in marketing, providing companion care for seniors is a natural extension of the same heart and skill set: listening deeply, building trust, communicating clearly, and caring about people. Companion visits in the North Naples area can also include light household assistance and meal prep, and errands. I am also always happy to pray and share Bible study time with my clients.
