I truly enjoy and am skilled at tutoring and want to help students to unlock their potential! EXPERIENCE: I have 4+ years of experience tutoring Calculus/Pre-calc, Physics, Algebra (I & II), Biology, Geometry, Trigonometry, and English. This includes tutoring independently and with a private tutoring company. In college, I completed science education internships with CalTeach and Heal the Bay, which focused on highly interactive, inquiry-based learning techniques, and lesson planning. I also passed several certifying California teaching exams (CBEST, CSET 119 for general science, and CSET 124 and 127 for specialized physics and biology education), but ultimately didn't pursue teaching at that time. A BIT ABOUT ME: I live in Central MA with my husband & weiner dog (expecting our first child in 2025!). I currently work for a Structural Engineering firm in BD & Marketing. I plan to pursue an M. Ed to become a teacher in the coming years. Education + learning are true passions of mine!
