About Kristian

Hello! My name is KrisTian, but I prefer to go by Taylor. I have been working in the childcare industry since 2016 and have experience working with children across a variety of age groups. Over the years, I have truly enjoyed watching children learn, grow, and reach important developmental milestones. Helping children feel supported, confident, and successful is one of the reasons I have such a strong passion for childcare. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development and a Master's degree in Human Development and Family Science. I also have previous leadership experience as a Director at New Horizon Academy, and I currently work for a foster care agency, where I continue to support children and families. One of my favorite children's books is The Rainbow Fish because I love how it teaches children about sharing, kindness, and peace.
