About Kristiana

Hello! I'm a rising sophomore at VCU majoring in Craft and Material studies. I'm home in Chapel Hill for the summer looking to work with families in the area! I've coached children's sports for three years and have experience with kids ages 5-13+ in groups as big as 15. I love working with kids and am always trying to find creative ways to play and be engaged with them. I'd describe my personality as creative, patient, and organized. I like working with kids because they're easy to have fun with! I started working with kids when I started teaching children's diving lessons four years ago. I have continued coaching since and love working with kids of all ages! In my spare time, I like to read, draw, play piano, dance, write, and play cards. One thing you should know about me is I am hard of hearing, but I wear hearing aids so it isn't an issue! My skills include navigating conflict resolution, coming up with creative activities, and being CPR certified.
