I hired Kristen in a pinch when my daughter's daycare was closed for extended periods due to several covid cases. I was extremely nervous to hire a stranger to watch my nearly 1 year old daughter, but as soon as I met Kristen, all my fears were completely eliminated. She is an absolutely lovely person and my daughter immediately loved her. She was perfectly professional, taking careful notes about my daughters routine. She was always on time and 100% dependable. She also always gave us reports about how the day went. We love Kristen and highly recommend her!
