Hi! My name is Sydney, I am 24 years old and a student at the Chamberlain University. I am studying nursing with the goal to be a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. I am the oldest out of 3 and helped out a lot with my siblings when they were younger. I have a wide range of experience watching kids from infants to pre-teens as well as experience working with special needs. I absolutely love working with kids, especially the younger kiddos. I worked with a family that has two boys for about 9 years and learned a lot from my time with them. Currently, I work with a family as I have been with them for the past 2 years. They have 4 children now, ages 7, 5, 4, and 1. We do just about everything from adventures and crafting to appointments, extracurriculars, bedtime and more! I am a CNA with my CPR, BLS, and AED certifications as well.

I have known Sydney for over 8 years, and I have enjoyed watching her grow into a responsible, poised and confident young woman. She frequently cares for my children (ages 4 and 7), and I have often observed her patience and creatively with my boys. She is a role model for younger children and exhibits patience, kindness and assertiveness when needed. In addition to being highly reliable, Sydney displays strong character. I trust her to make the best decisions for my children, and have referred her to other families because of her dependability and maturity. When she is not babysitting, she is active student at High School and has a part time job. If this wasn't enough to juggle, she also recently moved to a new home, and has two younger siblings that she cares while her parents are working. Even when things are busy around her, she has a positive and enthusiastic attitude. We love Sydney, and would highly recommend her!
