About Kristen

I've raised 7 foster puppies for service dogs through a local agency. I like working with animals because they're usually happy to work with me if I have a treat. I've worked several years in substitute teaching until some health issues made it too easy to get sick from all the germs. I'd describe my personality as a bit introspective but friendly and organized. I'm looking for a job that has some scheduling flexibility and isn't too physically demanding. I started working with animals as pets when I was a kid and later fostering. I also like to make things clean and organized to achieve zen! In my spare time, I like to sew, play piano, do odd jobs around the house and train my standard poodle. I like to travel when I can. My two grown sons are a big part of my life as well. My pet skills include basic training, house training, and playing.
